A word from your Chaplain:

I would like to share with you a message from the Bible about Heaven.

In the Gospel of John Chapter 14, Jesus gives us this amazing insight into Heaven:

“Do not let your heart be troubled; In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

And you know the way where I am going.”

Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?”

Jesus said to him, “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; No one comes to the Father but through Me.”

Now this is not just a statement of someone saying my religion is the right one, or my church is the right one.

This is the Son of God telling us that He has come down to earth from Heaven to set the record straight.

Jesus is saying, Pay attention to Me!! Pay attention to what I am saying!! I am the Way, the Truth and the Life don’t miss Me!!! Because no one comes to the Father but through Me.

No one!!

Think about it!!  If there was another way, Jesus would not have needed to come. He would not have needed to die on the Cross for our sins, yours and mine.

But He did!!!

Jesus brought us the message of God’s Love, God’s Mercy and His Grace.

In Eph 2:8,9, the Bible records these amazing Words: For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Salvation is The Gift of God. We cannot earn it. We can only receive it. Jesus bought it for us.

Have you received that gift?

I pray that if you have never trusted Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and received the Gift of eternal life, that you will do it today.

For when you put your faith and trust in Christ Jesus,  then you can be assured that He will prepare a dwelling place in His Father’s House for you too!

God bless you my friends. May these Words of Jesus comfort you and encourage you.

May the Lord Richly Bless You,
Your Chaplain,
